Vision And Mission
Mission of Colonel’s Academy
“To equip our children to be Global Leaders of the 21st Century.”
Beliefs at Colonel’s Academy
Children are active learners, not passive absorbers of information.
Teachers are facilitators and guides, not mere sources of information.
Parents are goal-setters and valuable resources, not outsiders or uninvolved participants.
School learning should be challenging, enjoyable, and rewarding – not a task to be endured.
Each child is unique – we must create an environment that nurtures each child’s individual potential.
Education must include spiritual aspects. SQ is as important as IQ and Social Quotient (SQ).
Values, ethics, and character are equally, if not more, important than academics.
Goals for Our Students
Possess skills to acquire, process, and comprehend knowledge independently.
Be technically competent and stay updated with a changing world.
Develop logical reasoning, be self-assured, confident, and expressive – both verbally and in writing.
Think and act independently and creatively.
Achieve academic excellence and strive to be “First among the Best.”
Excel in sports and extracurricular activities and always ‘Play the Game’.
Develop a strong sense of sportsmanship in all endeavors.
Take pride in our rich heritage and culture.
Acquire values, build character, and become socially responsible individuals.
Be environmentally conscious and actively contribute to a sustainable, eco-friendly community.
Be a global citizen who respects all cultures and religions.
